Borkonyha (the name literally means ’Wine Kitchen’) is very keen on limited amount craft wines. If you are there, ask the sommelier for his recommendation! The cuisine is international with more then a touch of local soul. It is a bistro and the owners insist on keeping the bistro style in spite of the fame brought by the Michelin star. A daily recommendation these days is this duck leg with sweet potato – a good example of their kitchen.

If you wish to have a feast, try the the Angus beef tenderloin with savoy cabbage and vanilla flavoured onions, paired with Attila Cuvée from Attila Gere, Villány!
