Hamburger and Portugieser – summer dinner

“A fruity red wine crowns the pleasant summer evenings. Either we cook outside or inside a lighter red item tastes better this time. It matches with Italian style courses with tomato and pastas. In the evening we can turn on the oven with no worries under the pizza or focaccia or we can open it for a ‘letcho’  (Hungarian ratatouille).  We also recommend it for grills, for example a fine, spicy burger– says Gere Attila Winery in connection with their 2017 vintage Gere Villányi Portugieser. Ruby coloured, mild, elegant red wine, in which the primary fruit nose and aroma of grape dominate. Easy to drink, fresh, pleasant red wine. Its main virtue is its fruitiness, so consume it fresh!
