The bouquet arrives with a rampant intensity, a rendezvous of taste molecules, with elderberry and fresh-cut grass embraced in a bittersweet cloud. It is at once green, fruity, refreshing, crisp and so fresh you could almost bite into it. As if we were walking through the market among crates piled high with fruit. In the mouth, lively acids prance about, the slight sourness of citrus fruits appears, as does nettle cordial. It is a vigorously lively wine, anticipating summer, for which you need a patio, a comfortable chair, good company… one bottle will never be enough.
SZEKSZÁRDI OLASZRIZLING 2016
A fresh, spirited wine that grips you at the first encounter and in which crisp green apples and ripe lemons appear. A variety that can take you by storm, olaszrizling makes no attempt to disguise itself, a sip bringing with it a little bitterness, acerbic fruits and some herbs. Within it can be found at once a full feeling of sweetness coupled with the crunchy acidity of fresh fruits. It loses nothing of this if it receives a little soda, indeed turned into a wine and soda fröccs it immediately becomes complete, more refreshing and brighter. The sense of alcohol comes at the end of a medium draught; after all, your olaszrizling will not disappear without trace.
Light straw yellow colour. When smelling, the wine glass is full of peach and pear. The alcohol, the acidity and the body gives a light, still round structure. On the palate yellow fruits and refreshing citrus fruits, and all these components result an easy drinking, lively, light hearted wine.

Gooseberry and elderberry on the nose with ‘the promise of full bodied wine (just as charming as that of a beautiful woman). On the palate its acidity is like a melody. Complex wine in which the variety and the technology encounters and results in preserved primary aromas and flavours, still it is not the usual perfume like wine, not simple and flat, but attractive, healthy, full of life and power.

During the 2015 vintage we managed to harvest with full ripeness and balanced acidity, during the maturity the wine got even rounder providing a very refreshing, vibrant taste. It kicks off with aromas of pear and peach on the nose and continues with very refreshing fruity flavors on the palate. Fine acidity supports the fruity taste delivering a truly refreshing light summer wine. Besides the freshness there is richness of flavors and aromas with plenty of excitement on the finish.

Light greenish yellow. Clear nose with fruitiness typical of the vintage, pear, peach, a touch of smokiness and spring flowers. The palate is complex due to the blending of Furmint and Hárslevelű varieties, and as a result of the versatile, layered characteristics of eight wine communes of Tokaj wine region. The nose is followed by harmonious flavours. The flowery-honeyed notes of Hárslevelű are combined with the vitality and body of Furmint, resulting a complex wine.

Straw yellow colour. Intense nose with flowers, citrus fruits, green apple and peach. The zest of crispy acidity gives the first impression followed by light body low alcohol content. The palate has the same flavours as on the nose. Pleasant finish with green spices and lime. A pronounced, aromatic wine and still great thirst-quenching.

Bright yellow colour. On the nose yellow fruits and some honey, butter and vanilla notes. On the palate medium intensity, the aromas follow the nose with apple, pear, mango and some roasted notes which make the wine creamy, however the structure is dominant by the firm, vivid acidity. Long finish with spicy character.

Pale golden in colour with a floral bouquet of eldberry with hints os the white flowers as well as citrus notes. Gentle acidity gives definition and refreshment, combining a light body with a balanced palate of spices and citrus aromas. It is a characteristicallycrisp elegant light wine.
HAJÓS-BAJAI LATE HARVEST CHARDONNAY 2015
The classic green-greenish yellow colour oily swirling promises a significant body. First some hay, green apple, gooseberry appears on the nose, then after a little breathing the ripened grape becomes dominant. On the palate the body is really full as it was promised. Some might lack the range of acidity, but as a whole it is an elegant, respectful, noble wine. The alcohol level is almost 15%, and this with the barrel ageing gives you a wine for thought, a decent Chardonnay from Hajós–Bajai wine region.
Hárslevelű Selection 2015
A favourite of the premium wine selection of the winery. The wine was made with reductive technology in 2015, though it was macerated for a whole day which increased the value of it. Elegant, unique wine from the terroir of Siklós. Deep aromas and the typical flavours of Hárslevelű grape.
BIO HÁROMSZÖG OLASZRIZLING (BIO ‘TRIANGLE’ OLASZRIZLING) 2016
For this wine we harvested fully ripened fruit. After fermentation the wine was divided into two parts, one part was aged in stainless steel tank, while the other was aged on fine lees in second use 500 L barrels. It has a light greenish yellow colour. Medium intense, matured character on the nose with apples and pears. Full bodied wine with silky texture. Refined wine with zesty acidity, good balance and some oaky tones. Lovely, long finish. It gets more gracious with every sip, and shows more and more of its charming character.

We harvested fully ripened fruit for the wine. Pale yellow colour with greenish tones. Medium intensity on the nose with mild mineral character, green apple and citrus fruits. Elegant, defined acidity. The palate is dominated by citrus fruits with a touch of bitterness. Juicy wine with good concentration and long finish.

Wines made of Kéknyelű grape usually have greenish colour even after years, but for this wine the grape was left longer on the vines, thus the resulting wine has a concentrated, oily, yellow texture. Blossoming trees and other white flowers on the nose with some figs. Wonderful acidity dominates the palate with notes of birch. Beautiful, long finish. It needs some areation so that the wine could fully show aromas typical of the terroir.

White petal flowers, grapey aromas and pear characterize the nose. On the palate herbal and floral notes dominate refreshed by citrus tones and supplemented by yellow flesh fruit flavours in the finish. Fresh, crispy, lovely wine with low alcohol, refreshing, spicy palate. The charming, fruity aromas of this wine recall memories of the summer breeze immediately.
SOPRONI ZENIT 2017
This straw yellow coloured wine is full of aromas and flavours that remind us of white flesh peach, honeydew melon, grapefruit and mango. The fresh, fruity associations are accompanied by low alcohol and pleasant, zesty acidity. This cheerful white wine is ideal with a delicious chicken salad or just by itself for a summer afternoon on the terrace.

Mature nose with creamy notes: sweet spices, a touch of flowers, peach, oneycomb toffee. On the palate it is round with „slower pace”, finely creamy, but due to the vivid acidity of the cooler vintage it is far from being clumsy. Pear, sweet citrus fruits, little sweet spices, a hint of almond and marzipan.

Not overwhelmingly intensive on the nose, but it shows beautiful summer apples, peach, white flowers, sweet citrus fruits, mandarin then later a rosemary – green herb character appears. Zesty acidity and residual sugar makes it a playful, vivid wine. Juicy, lovely palate with also sweet citrus fruits, summer apples and peach. Long ageing potential.
Kristinus Charonnay 2016
The wine is clear and shiny. A medium-intense lemon colour with golden touches, and medium viscosity. A medium-intense aroma with light buttery notes and dried pineapple, vanilla, yellow apple, and a hint of caramel. On the palate the wine is dry, but a few grams of residual sugar ensure a nice rounded sip and lengthen the finish. Taste is subdued, lower than average acidity, slightly higher alcohol and bigger than average body. Yellow apple and stewed pear dominate. In the background we find the flavours detected in the nose. Nice, balanced wine for every day.
Kristinus Olaszrizling 2015
Very light green colour with green reflexes and low viscosity. In smell it is light with green almond, grass and herbs.On the palate is dry we get back what we’ve got from smell. In the aftertaste you can realise the vintage specific aromas. From a riped harvested grape the producer made the maximum which is possible from that variety! Well balanced wine which can represent the Balaton style.

Lovely intensive yellow colour. Fresh, intense, luscious nose with grapefruit, lime, peach and juniper. Medium body, crispy acidity and a wide range of flavours on the palate. Complex wine with creamy texture. Long lasting finish with nuts and vanilla notes besides the fruits.
‘EH’ (Ezerjó – H) 2015
’If it’s Mór, then it should be Ezerjó. Wine makes you think, however Ezerjó makes you learn’ – says the winemaker. Light yellow colour, elegant nose with fresh citrus fruits and mineral notes. On the palate both the citrus fruits and mineral notes return. Medium body, lovely, crispy, refreshing acidity, juicy grapefruit. Long finish with again some mineral notes.

The colour of the lemon. Fresh, flowery nose with some red, ripe apple and a pinch of salt, Medium body, creamy texture, a lot of citrus fruits, peach and mineral notes. Easy to drink and it has a lovely finish of good length and minerality.

‘Spiciness, charm and lusciousness in the bottle.’ Pale yellow colour. Intense nose with flowery aromas with a touch of wood. On the palate white flesh fruits, mainly grapefruit and litchi with some mineral notes. Nice, vivid acidity. An elegant, complex wine with long, refreshing finish of mineral and fruity character.

Typical aromas of Szürkebarát (Pinot Gris) on the nose, pear, green apple in combination with tropical fruit. Refined, round and creamy texture well supported by the fruit, accompanied by a pleasant bitterness at the finish. Very long wine with an excellent balance between the lovely fruitiness and the serious structure.

The nose typically recalls linden honey with some minerality and wet stone in the background. The multi-layered complexity of the wine shows varietal typicity, creamy and honeyed fruit as well as minerality. The rich fruit concentration and the long finish are backed up by the round acidity.
SIR IRSAI 2016
A blend based on authentic varieties. A nicely balanced wine manufactured for slow drinking. On the nose, the Irsai Oliver’s muscat and litchi aromas are accumulating with the elderflower characteristic. On the palate, the Királyleányka’s floral and fruity tastes are dominating.
SAUVIGNON BLANC 2016
This delectable Sauvigon Blanc tempts the drinker with hints of gooseberry and kiwi framed exquisitely with citrus undertones. Upon drinking, subtle acidity is balanced beautifully with hints of mint and spices. A long and luxurious aftertaste brings fruit flavours to the fore.
Born on our Öreghegy slopes, this blend of Chardonnay, Szürkebarát, Királyleányka and Zenit grapes is a complex yet delicate wine. This is the last vineyard we harvest to achieve a very rich aroma that carries dried apricot, raisin and nectared notes. This full bodied wine has a creamy structure and a very intense aftertaste.

This Chardonnay comes to you from one of Győrújbarát’s most primely located vineyards on Baron Hill. Its aroma and flavour is one of perfect freshness, oozing fruitness with underlying signature mineral notes. A beautifully integrated bouquet of pear, apple and floral combine with a delicious acidity that explodes in your mouth. It pairs well with fish dishes, roasts or can be enjoyed on its own.

Citrus fruits, mineral tones of the Somló terroir and a touch of mint give the wine a cool character in the nose. Round, medium bodied Juhfark with intense fruitiness and refreshing acidity. Ripe fruits, and pear last in the aftertaste, and the salty aroma comes back on the palate, as well.

The refreshing character of the wine is nicely combined with the flavours of Furmint grape, and it is backed by the minerality of Kővágó vineyard in Mád. Due to new oak fermentation and maturation the palate shows some subtle smokiness, the body of Furmint grape along with its vibrant citrus character. Full bodied wine with great length – and some mineral-salty touch in the finish.

On the nose flowers, linden, nectar and some mineral notes. Apricot, apricot stone. On the palate the wine is dominated by determined acidity and it is balanced with the residual sugar around 4 gramms. The honeyed, nectary, flowery notes are also present. Elegant wine with its own character which reflects the terroir as well.
