SommCon is a great event that takes place on November 16–19, in San Diego. While the morning of the event is dedicated to masterclasses and workshops, the an afternoon is for networking and wine tasting during the Trade Tasting at SommCon®. This event will feature over 90 wineries, breweries, spirit purveyors, and service industry brands giving members of the trade the opportunity to experience several producers all in one place.
FurmintUSA, the organization to promote the indigenous Hungarian grape variety will have a masterclass on 17 November called ‘Furmint – Ancient grape variety – Modern wines’, the speaker will be Tim Geiser Master Sommelier. FurmintUSA will exhibit as well at the Trade Tasting.
