Dining Guide Hungarian gastroguide works with unbiased international experts like 3 Michelin star chef Enrico Crippa and Fausto Arrighi, who had worked for Michelin Guide for 36 years. Stand restaurant is owned by Ibolya Csahók, Tamás Széll and Szabina Szulló. Tamás and Szabina both had worked for 2 Michelin star Onyx before. Tamás Széll has achieved the best ever result at Bocuse d’Or championship in Lyon (4th place in 2017). „Hungarian gastronomy is full of possibilities, and from the very start we have felt that showcasing it in all its beauty and diversity is of the utmost importance” claims Stand team and apparently they have managed to perform what they preach.
