When the trend of dry wines of Tokaj wine region began, there was a hot debate whether to emphasise Furmint, the main grape variety (which is great indeed, but grown elsewhere as well, outside Tokaj) or just the word dry, to express the region’s capacity of producing stunning dry whites.

Furmint February 2.0 in London

The 1.0 version was so successful that the organizer Wines of Hungary UK received an award for the Best Trade Campaign. The event will take place on 29 January in Merchant Taylors’ Hall, 30 (Threadneedle Street in London).
